Moist Brownie Mix in a Jar



2 1/4 cups white sugar

2/3 cup cocoa

1 3oz. pkg. cook type chocolate pudding

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt



Use a one quart, wide-mouth canning jar.



Mix the cocoa and pudding mix together. Set aside.



Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together. Set aside.



Pour the sugar, then the cocoa mix, pecans, and the flour mixture, packing each layer.



Seal, decorate your jar and add the recipe tag to the jar.



Moist Brownies in a Jar

You will need:

3/4 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs, slightly beaten



In a large bowl, pour the jar contents into it, mixing the ingredientsthoroughly. Add the oil and eggs, mixing until just blended.



Pour the batter into a greased 9x13x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool, cut into squares.
